HEIKO Metallbau has successfully completed a complete construction project for Eggers Textilpflege in Bückeburg. The project included the planning, production and construction of a modern warehouse, which was customised to the client’s specific requirements.
HEIKO Metallbau’s latest building is located in Bückeburg and is part of an initiative by Eggers Textilpflege to expand their capacity and improve their operational efficiency. The turnkey handover of the new building marks an important milestone in the long-standing relationship between HEIKO Metallbau and Eggers Textilpflege.
“We are proud that Eggers Textilpflege has once again placed their trust in us to realise such an important expansion of their infrastructure,” said Heiko Spiering, Managing Director of HEIKO Metallbau. “This project underlines our ability to offer customised solutions from a single source that are precisely tailored to the specific requirements of our customers.”
The project began with detailed planning phases, followed by the production of the steel structures in HEIKO Metallbau’s neighbouring factory. The company’s expertise in earthworks and laying foundations ensured – quite literally – a solid foundation for the new structure. The final construction of the warehouse went smoothly and on schedule, underlining HEIKO Metallbau’s extensive expertise in the field of efficient construction projects.
The new warehouse offers Eggers Textilpflege improved storage conditions and helps the company to optimise its logistical processes. It also represents HEIKO Metallbau’s commitment to sustainability and efficiency, as the latest technologies and materials were used, which are not only durable but also minimise energy consumption.
