HEIKO Metallbau increases production efficiency and product quality with new state-of-the-art deburring machine. This new machine enables automatic and particularly fine deburring of metal parts, a process that was previously carried out manually.
The new machine utilises precisely controlled rollers with fine abrasive paper to gently remove even the finest burrs. This technological innovation enables HEIKO Metallbau to significantly reduce processing times and increase production capacities. “Thanks to the new deburring machine, we can provide our products faster than ever before and further increase customer satisfaction,” says Managing Director Heiko Spiering.
The deburred metal parts are widely used in various large-scale projects, including steel and welded construction, industrial construction, special machine construction and the manufacture of staircases and other metal components for buildings.
